## Replaces WhatsApp chains for anything that needs a record
Instead of tenant -> WhatsApp -> manager -> call -> landlord -> manager -> tenant, the tenant reports issues through the portal and every maintenance request, document, inspection and payment is saved on the tenancy record. For agencies, each owner sees their own properties through a scoped landlord portal. Propnoma does not include a chat feature.
