Is Propnoma really free?
Yes. The Free plan covers up to two properties with tenant profiles, manual rent logging, maintenance requests and document storage — no card required. Paid plans add more properties, automated rent, reports, inspections and the tenant portal app.
Do my tenants have to pay?
No — tenants are never charged. On plans that include the tenant portal app, your tenants get an invite from you and set up their own free account in under a minute.
Can I use Propnoma in Greek?
Yes. The whole app — landlord dashboard and tenant portal — is available in English and Greek, and you can switch language at any time without touching your data.
Does Propnoma collect rent payments?
Propnoma tracks what's due, paid and overdue and keeps the records for you. You collect rent however you do today — bank transfer, cash or card — and mark it received.
What do I need to get started?
Just an email address. Sign up as a landlord, add a property and its rent amount, add your tenant, and you're running — usually within five minutes.
Can I cancel or change plans later?
Any time, from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your billing period.
