Rent is generated automatically each month for every active lease, and automated reminders go out to tenants. You see at a glance who has paid, who is late and by how much, with an arrears aging report for anything overdue.
Tenants can pay by card, and the money goes straight into the landlord's own Stripe account — Propnoma takes no cut of the rent. Rent and expenses can be recorded in EUR or USD.
Maintenance, inspections and documents
Maintenance requests move from open to resolved, with contractors assigned from your own directory. Move-in and move-out inspections are recorded room by room with photos, which helps when it is time to return a deposit. Leases, tenant IDs, receipts and reports are stored per property and per tenant.
