Can Propnoma handle a 15-property portfolio?
Yes. The Growth plan covers up to 15 properties for €35/month excluding VAT, or €28/month billed annually.
What currency is the subscription billed in?
Propnoma subscriptions are billed in EUR. Listed prices exclude VAT.
Does Propnoma have a tenant portal?
Yes. On the Pro, Growth and Agency plans, every tenant gets their own login to see their lease, rent due and payment history, pay by card, download shared documents and report maintenance issues.
Can tenants pay rent online?
Yes. On paid plans, tenants pay by card through the portal and the money goes directly to the landlord's own account. Propnoma takes no fee from rent; Stripe's standard card fees apply.
