Terms of Service

1. About Propnoma

Propnoma is a property management platform based in Cyprus. The service is provided to landlords to manage properties, leases, and rent collections, and to tenants to view their rental information. Propnoma is not yet an incorporated entity; the platform operates under the trading name "Propnoma".

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use Propnoma. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@propnoma.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscription & Payments

Paid plans (Pro, Growth, Agency) are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. A 30-day free trial is available on all paid plans — your card is only charged after the trial ends if you do not cancel. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' written notice. Refunds are handled at our discretion for annual plans; monthly plans are non-refundable once billed.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Propnoma for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent property or tenant information
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or to our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the platform
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of Propnoma is subject to our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of all data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process and store that data solely to provide and improve the service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and branding on Propnoma (excluding content you upload) are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Propnoma is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. Use of the service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Propnoma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for material violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.
